You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you provide false or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. Additionally, you must keep your contact details updated to ensure smooth communication. Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited, and you will be liable for all actions taken under your account. If your account remains inactive for two years, your data may be deleted. 

Herb & House serves as a platform for users to purchase products from various sellers. While we facilitate transactions, we do not take ownership of the products listed, nor do we guarantee their accuracy, quality, or availability. Sellers are solely responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment. We are not liable for any disputes, delays, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. 

By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Prohibited conduct includes posting misleading content, violating intellectual property rights, spamming, or attempting to manipulate our systems. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing, or misuse of promotions. 

Payments on Herb & House must be made in USD. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in accordance with our policies. We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking restrictions or technical issues. In case of suspicious transactions, we may delay order confirmations or withhold funds for verification. 

All content on our platform, including text, images, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without our prior written consent. By uploading content, you grant Herb & House a license to use it for business purposes while ensuring it complies with our guidelines. 

Herb & House disclaims all warranties regarding the platform’s uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of product listings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the products purchased. 

We may modify these Terms at any time, with updates effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using our services. 

By using Herb & House, you acknowledge that we act solely as a facilitator and are not responsible for seller conduct or product quality. Any issues must be resolved directly with the seller. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
