We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India, while express delivery (available in select cities) takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery fee of ₹49 applies. This helps us keep product prices fair while ensuring reliable, tracked delivery across 27,000+ pin codes in India.

We offer a 7-day return window on eligible products. If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or was incorrectly shipped, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. You can cancel your order for free any time before it is dispatched. Simply call or WhatsApp us at +91 63761 91966 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 7 PM) with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
