Fair, simple, and transparent returns

At Herb & House, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality decorative products and daily essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items purchased from www.herbandhouse.com may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, seals, manuals, and accessories.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Herb & House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

International Returns

International customers are eligible to return products within 10 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Herb & House (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Herb & House is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.
  • Any customs or import charges incurred during the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@herbandhouse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A video of the issue (if requested)
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
  • Personalized or custom-made decorative items.
  • Daily essentials classified as personal care or hygiene products, including soaps, skincare products, and similar items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Books.
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked at the time of purchase.
Please Note

Products sold by Herb & House that contain herbal or wellness ingredients are intended for general wellness or personal care purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Once opened, these products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return Process

Contact our Customer Support team at info@herbandhouse.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

Visit www.herbandhouse.com and submit your return request through our Returns Portal.

After your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. If eligible, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.

If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, you must use a trackable shipping service. Herb & House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-product fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
