Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Items purchased from www.herbandhouse.com are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags, seals, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
International Returns-
Eligibility: International customers may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions as domestic returns.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective or damage item).
Customs and Duties: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible to bear for any additional customs fees incurred during return shipping.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and video (if required) of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Ayurvedic products with broken seals or opened packaging (due to health and safety regulations).
Personalized or custom-made decorative items.
Daily essentials classified as hygiene products (e.g., soaps, skincare products).
Digital products or gift cards, Books.
Return Process:

Step 3: You may return the goods if applicable and approved by Herb & House.
Step 4: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the Tags & Accessories. Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep.
Step 5: If you want to return your own convenience then you have to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Note: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return goods.
