Items purchased from www.herbandhouse.com may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Herb & House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
International customers are eligible to return products within 10 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility requirements.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Herb & House (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Herb & House is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Products sold by Herb & House that contain herbal or wellness ingredients are intended for general wellness or personal care purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Once opened, these products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Step 1
Contact our Customer Support team at info@herbandhouse.com within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

Visit www.herbandhouse.com and submit your return request through our Returns Portal.
Step 3
After your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
Step 4
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. If eligible, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
Step 5
If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, you must use a trackable shipping service. Herb & House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-product fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
