Refund Policy  A full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs, unless due to our error) once the return is approved only.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to decorative items returned in opened but unused condition, due to repackaging costs. 

We’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, including return shipping costs, at your choice. 

Refund Eligibility:  

Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return Policy. 

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. 

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:  For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) or store credit, at your choice, upon receipt and inspection of the return. 

International Refunds: Refunds for international orders follow the same eligibility criteria. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. 

Refunds may take 10-15 business days to process due to international shipping and customs clearance. 

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. 

Approved refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days (domestic) or 10-15 business days (international). 

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
