Refund Policy

At Herb & House, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility :

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item is returned within 10 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy.
  2. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  3. All original tags, accessories, and included materials are returned with the item.
  4. Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is provided.
Note: Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Options:

1. Original Payment Method

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  1. The refund will cover the purchase price of the eligible item.
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

2. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to decorative items that are returned in opened but unused condition, to help cover inspection and repackaging costs.

This fee does not apply to items returned because they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose one of the following:

  1. A full refund (including original shipping charges
  2. A replacement item (subject to availability
  3. Store credit

If the issue is due to our error, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

4. International Orders

International returns follow the same eligibility requirements outlined above.

Please note:

  1. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  3. Due to international shipping and customs processing, refunds may take 10–15 business days after approval to be completed.

Refund Processing:

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  1. Domestic refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. International refunds: Processed within 10–15 business days.

Please note that once the refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
