Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for free any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — initiate a return after delivery instead.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: orders where delivery was refused without valid reason, items returned without prior approval, consumable products that have been opened and partially used, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Refund Policy 

    A full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs, unless due to our error) once the return is approved only. 

    Store credit (at your option, with a 10% bonus value added as a goodwill gesture). 

    Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to decorative items returned in opened but unused condition, due to repackaging costs. 

    We’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit, including return shipping costs, at your choice. 

    Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return Policy. 

    Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. 

    Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required. 

    Refund Options 
    Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method for eligible returns, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). 
    Store Credit: Available at your request, with a 10% bonus value added as a goodwill gesture (e.g., $100 refund becomes $110 store credit). 
    Store credit will be issued within 48 hours of approval and can be used immediately on www.herbandhouse.com. 
    Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to decorative items returned in opened but unused condition, due to repackaging costs. 
    Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsFor items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) or store credit, at your choice, upon receipt and inspection of the return. 
    International Refunds: Refunds for international orders follow the same eligibility criteria. Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.  Refunds may take 10-15 business days to process due to international shipping and customs clearance. 
    Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. 
    Approved refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days (domestic) or 10-15 business days (international). 
    Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
