Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for all eligible orders unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates:

Domestic Orders Up to 7 business days
International Orders 10–20 business days

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is available for select destinations at an additional cost.

Shipping charges and availability will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Orders 2–5 business days
International Orders 5–10 business days

Shipping rates and delivery options may vary depending on promotions, product type, destination, or carrier availability. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  1. Carrier delays
  2. Public holidays
  3. Severe weather conditions
  4. Customs clearance
  5. Strikes or other unforeseen events

While we work closely with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Please note:

These charges are the customer's responsibility.

If a shipment is refused because customs duties or taxes are unpaid, any return shipping costs or additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Herb & House.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations.

Please note:

Some items may not be available for delivery to certain locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.

Please provide a valid physical delivery address to avoid shipping delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Lost shipment claims must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please Note

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Returns & Shipping Refunds

Shipping charges may be refunded only if a shipment is confirmed as lost or damaged, subject to our investigation.

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable by Herb & House.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
